Ingredients:
240 g AP flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 tsp baking powder
1/2 c. butter
100 g sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Mix flour, salt and baking powder together. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar thoroughly, then mix thoroughly with egg and vanila. Mix wet and dry ingredients together until it barely comes together. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll 3/8″ thick and cut into shapes as needed. Bake at 375F for 12 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes. Decorate cookies as desired.
