Salsa Verde

Ingredients:
1 lb tomatillos
1 jalapeño or serrano chili
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
3 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt

Dehusk and chop tomatillos in half, and air fry at 450 for 15 minutes or until slightly blackened. Blend tomatillos with remaining ingredients until fully combined.
