Ingredients:
1 pie crust
3/4 c milk
3/4 c heavy cream
6 eggs
1 c shredded cheese
1 c assorted filling
1/2 onion chopped and sauteed

Bake pie crust in pie pan at 400F for 10 minutes. Mix milk, heavy cream and eggs until fully combined. Fill pie crust with fillings and shredded cheese, and cover with egg mixture, making sure the egg mixture is well distributed. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
