Pork Master Filling

Ingredients:
1 lb fatty ground pork
1 lb shrimp, hand chopped
1/4 lb bacon
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp msg
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp potato starch
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 c Shaoxing wine

Mix all items, stirring clockwise until the Shaoxing wine has been fully incorporated. Should be enough for 32 dumplings, using a 1.5 oz (3 tbsp) scoop.
