Pork and Beans

Ingredients:
300 g lady cream peas
3 slices bacon
1/2 onion
1 c water
3 tbsp tomato paste
4 tbsp molasses
4 tbsp brown sugar
6 tbsp yellow mustard
4 hot dogs

Soak beans overnight in water, and cook in InstantPot for 18 minutes on High. (Alternatively, cook in InstantPot for 25 minutes on High). Chop bacon and sautee in pan until rendered. Dice onion and sautee with bacon until soft. Add cooked beans and remaining ingredients, simmering for 45 minutes until the sauce is thick.
