Pici Pasta

Ingredients:
100 g AP flour
50 g water
1/2 tsp olive oil

Mix oil into flour, and then mix warm water into flour mixture, kneading until smooth. Let sit for 1 hour and then flatten, and slice into sections about 1/2 inch by 5 inches. Roll each into a long strand about 1/6″ to 1/4″ thick. Boil for 5 minutes.
