Parker House Rolls

Ingredients:
380 g AP flour
1 tsp yeast
3 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp melted butter
3/4 c milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp melted butter for brushing

Proof yeast in milk and 1 tbsp sugar (proof with milk at 110-115F), and knead with flour, sugar, melted butter egg and salt. Proof for 1.5 hours, and divide into 14 pieces, arranging pieces onto two 8-inch cast iron pans. Proof for another 40 minutes. Bake at 350F for 18 minutes, and brush with remaining 1 tbsp melted butter.
