Miso Salmon

Ingredients:
1/4 c sake
1/4 c mirin
1/4 c miso paste
1/4 c brown sugar
1.5 lb salmon or other fatty fish

Mix marinade ingredients together, and cut fish into 4-6 pieces, leaving in marinade for 2-3 days. Broil at 400F for 20 minutes.
