Ingredients:
150 g AP flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 large egg
3 tbsp whole milk

Mix items together until a smooth dough is formed and let to rest for 30 minutes. Roll the dough into a 1/4 inch tube, and cut small (1/2 inch to 1 inch) dumplings. Add dumplings to soup, letting simmer for 15 minutes before serving.
