Ingredients:
1/2 lb boiled or roasted pork butt
1/2 onion
3 bunches green onion
1 green pepper
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp doenjang
2 tbsp olive oil
Slice pork butt as thinly as possible, and sautee slices in olive oil with onion until pork butt is cooked through and curls up. Add gochujang and doenjang to the oil making sure the pastes are cooked well in the oil. Add thinly sliced green pepper and sliced green onion, and stir fry until cooked through. Serve over rice.
