Ingredients:
2 5.3 oz containers greek yogurt
150 g AP flour
1 egg
30 g AP flour
Mix yogurt and egg together, and then add 150 g AP flour, mixing until a soft dough has formed. Roll the dough into thin logs roughly 1/2 inch thick in the remaining 30 g AP flour. Cut into small gnocchi, and boil in water for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
