Ingredients:
2 pints blueberries (or other fruit)
1/4 c sugar
Squeeze of lemon
2 tbsp AP or almond flour
1/4 c quick cook oats
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 stick butter
1/4 c chopped nuts
Cook fruit with sugar and lemon until the fruit begins to soften. Place into 1 qt baking dish. Cut butter into small cubes and mix with remaining ingredients. Top fruit mixture with the crisp topping and bake at 350 F at 30 minutes.
