Corn Pudding

Ingredients:
2 c corn kernels
3/4 c milk
4 tbsp butter
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt

Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth, and bake in a 1 qt baking dish at 375 F for 40 minutes.
