Chow Mein

Ingredients:
1 6 oz package chow mein noodles
1/2 lb cooked meat, thinly sliced
1 medium head broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces.
1 whole bunch of scallions
1 tbsp dark soy
1 tbsp light soy
1.5 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp oyster sauce

Cook chow mein noodles according to package, and shock in cold water to stop cooking. Cook meat in 1 tbsp oil until browned, and add broccoli with a few tablespoons of water, cooking until water has evaporated and broccoli is lightly seared. Add cooked noodles and lightly sear noodles. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl, and add to noodles, tossing to incorporate. Add chopped scallions and toss until scallions are just seared.
