Challah

Ingredients:
320 g bread flour
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp honey
1/3 c water
2 large eggs
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt

Proof yeast in 110F-115F water, mixed with 1 tbsp honey. Mix dough with proofing mixture and remaining ingredients for 10 minutes, adding oil only after the other ingredients have been kneaded for a few minutes. Proof dough for 1.5 hours. Shape dough as desired and proof for 45 more minutes. Brush the loaf with egg wash (1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp honey) before baking. Bake at 350F for 24 minutes. Let cool for half an hour before serving.
