Ingredients:
3 tbsp gochujang
1/2 tbsp gochugaru
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp chicken stock
1 tbsp sesame seeds
4 oz kimchi
Half cucumber, shredded
Mix all ingredients except sesame seeds, kimchi and cucumber. Pour sauce over cold noodles, and top with remaining ingredients.
