Olive Oil Cake

Ingredients:
85 g AP flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg
100 ml olive oil
50 ml milk
100 g sugar

Mix flour, baking powde and salt in one bowl.  Mix egg, sugar, olive oil and milk in another bowl.  Mix wet and dry ingredients together until batter is smooth.  It will be a very wet batter.  Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.  Dust with powdered sugar, and serve with whipped yogurt and spoon sweets.
