Ingredients:
12 oz can evaporated milk
1 c heavy cream
16 oz cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb dry pasta
4 scallions
1/2 c panko
2 tbsp butter
Cook pasta al dente. Mix evaporated milk and heavy cream to a lot simmer. Add salt, pepper and cheese, stirring on low until cheese is fully melted. Pour cheese mixture over pasta and mix until pasta is thoroughly coated. Cut scallions into 2-inch section and brown in 1 tbsp butter. Mix into pasta. Brown panko in 1 tbsp butter until just coated and top macaroni and cheese and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
