Ingredients:
100 ml milk
2 tbsp bread flour
335 g bread flour
50 g sugar
1 tsp yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
125 g milk
4 tbsp butter
Cook milk and bread flour into roux. Proof yeast with milk and some sugar, and then mix with dry ingredients, egg and roux. After combining, add butter and mix for 10 minutes. Let rise for 2 hours. Punch and shape as needed. Let rise for 30 minutes, or until it starts to rise above top. Brush with egg wash and bake at 350 for 28 minutes. (20 minutes for dinner rolls).
