Ingredients:
1.5 lb sliced pork butt
2 tbsp gochujang
2 tbsp gochugaru
3 tbsp sake
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp fruit juice or puree
Mix all marinade ingredients, and mix with pork, letting marinade for at least 30 minutes. Saute until nicely browned.
