Ingredients:
2 red peppers
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c water
50 g almonds
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1 slice bread or 1/4 c white beans
1 tsp smoked paprika
Cut peppers in half and roast for 20 minutes at 380F. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
