Pan Pizza

Ingredients:
220 g bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1.5 tbsp milk powder
1.5 tsp yeast
2 tsp oil
2/3 c water

1 can tomato paste
1/2 c water
1/2 tsp each of oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and sugar

Knead ingredients for 6 minutes, and roll into a disc and place into a 10″ cast iron pan with 2 tbsp olive oil. Proof for 30 minutes, dimple the center of the pizza to degas, and top with sauce and 200 g cheese. Heat cast iron under burner at medium for 2 minutes. Bake at 400 F for 17 minutes.
