Ingredients:
1 lb boneless pork belly
4 c broth
8 cloves garlic
knob of ginger
1 korean radish
1 tbsp gochugaru
3 tbsp gochujang
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
(opt)
1 c kimchi (with broth)
1 package soft tofu
Brown pork belly, and add broth, garlic, ginger and radish (which has been cut into thick slices). Mix remaining ingredients together into a thick paste, thinning with a bit of water if necessary. Mix into the broth and bring to a low boil for 1 hour. If desired, add kimchi or soft tofu near the end of cooking.
